The Chyuan Hao Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded on February 1st ,1973 with NT ten million assets. The factory has 7870 square meters area with 450 Kw electric power capacity. The building area occupies 3500 square meters. 180 Kw of those electric power is in use, i. e 240 horsepower. It is made up of the board of directors with chairman, manager, factory manager, field leader and workers, 127 members in total .

The factory has the following divisions and have the capability of doing craft work, general mechanical engineering and precision industrial works .

(1) Electromotive sewing division----- This division is engaged in craft works. Those are sports protecting utilities, for example: catcher's mask and protective equipment, boxing gloves, and American football shoulder pad, paraglider etc.
(2) Mechanical division ------This division is capable of doing punching and surface treatment works . It manufactures mask shelf, powder coating etc.
(3) Plastic Thermos forming and revieting division. ------ This division thermos form plastic parts for our sporting sporting goods products and assemble the parts.
(4) Precision industrial division ------The work of this division is manufacture of automobile parts.
(5) Quality control division ------ In charge of moving all the QC operations toward ISO9000 direction in our factory.
(6) Engineering division ------- Responsible for tools, molds, machine maintenance, sampling and R&D works.
(7) Sales and administration division ------- Perform customer service and daily operations.

At the beginning of this factory in 1973, we engaged in the production of automobile clutch. Unfortunately, those products could not be distributed to local market successfully, because it had only automobile assembly lines on Taiwan at that time and most of the parts were shipped directly from Japan where those lines were originated. Thus, it was forced to end the clutch production under those unfavorable circumstances.

To involved in Sporting goods manufacturing was result from the stop of the clutches production line. In order to utilize the existing production facility, we started to developed baseball catcher's face mask. Following the development of the business, we had expanded the business to catcher's chest protector, leg guard, football shoulder pad, paraglider etc. various sporting goods items.

1996 invested the subsidiary company ChenZhou Lianhe Sports Equipment Ltd. Located in Zixing City, Hunan province, China. Employed about 100 employee. Factory area 10,000 square meters. Building area 5275 square meters. Manufacture American football shoulder pad ,baseball catcher mask, chest protector and leg guard etc. The sporting goods production line in Taiwan step by step moved to this subsidiary company. Now Taiwan only engage small production in domestic market and R&D work.

Despite of this initial frustration in clutch production, we did not give up our move on the way of doing precision industrial work. In 1977, we developed and produced the Diesel engine nozzle used on fishing boat. Then, in 1978 the Defense Department formulated a military utilities. we joined the pilot project and signed a contract with the Defense Department. During the following five years, we spent NT thirty millions on developing and manufacturing those signed military utilities and earned the right as a supplier with five years first priority. We acquired qualified certifications from the Defense Department on seven items. Those are the Diesel engine nozzle and the hydraulic pressure head assemblage used on M35A2 truck, the firing pin on cannon, and a series of automobile parts.

1985 the direction move toward export market. Started developing precision machinery parts such as diesel engine check valve etc, and went into mass production for exporting. 1993 developed Caterpillar pencil nozzle for Diesel engine 3000 series and 1995 started the mass production and export overseas.

Because of our experience involving in various industrial areas, we are specialize in developing new products. With a group of innovated personnel we welcome any idea and challenging work to either improve manufacturing or make things better. Never the less, our dedication to quality control will make these idea works to the market.
